Fat Loss Plan Micro Goal For 5/10/06 to 5/22/06
One important part of my Fat Loss Plan is setting goals. I plan to set goals based on these time lines,
- Micro Goals. These are goals that will have for the next few weeks.
- Short term goals. The focus here will be to meet a goal over 90 days.
- Intermediate Goals. Here I will be making my goals for the next year. For the sake of this blog, my intermediate goal deadline will be May 1st, 2007.
- Lifetime goals. This is kinda self explanatory.
My micro goals regarding fat loss for the next 12 days are to:
- Follow my Fat Loss Diet as strictly as possible.
- Take in a minimum of 160 grams of protein a day
- Take my vitamins and such
- Get in two servings of fiber a day
- To do at least 20 minutes of exercise everyday.
If I meet all my goals, I will be that much closer to looking good naked.
