Midweek weigh in
I couldn't resist myself this morning and I weighed myself. I weighed in at 261 pounds. That's good because that is what I want to weigh in Friday.
Yesterdays diet was not that good but I will survive. It looked like this....
- Breakfast..... Hoods low carb milk and an apple
- Lunch......... Protein Shake and an Apple
- Afternoon.... Crispy Club chicken sandwich from McDonald's
- Night......... Slice of Mushroom Pizza
That's pretty shitty now that I look at it. Not near enough protein. Today is starting off the same way.
I plan on hitting the weights tonight. My groin has healed up so I don't have any excuses.
Overall, I am feeling good. It's about time.
